I harvested 7 cabbages today. It's the last of our fall/winter garden. I thought it wouldn't make it! Thankfully we had more rain and a few cold snaps of weather to bring it to head...pun intended.
My husband added another 250 sq ft to our garden today. I'm getting more excited everyday. Can't wait to get things growing in there.
oh my gosh, that cabbage is huge! I'm a little ashamed now of mine that are usually no bigger than an orange! What I wouldn't do for some cabbage soup right now..... :) lucky girl.
